These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "you," "your") and juan345 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the juan345 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered at juan345.com.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on juan345, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the juan345 platform.

This Agreement applies to all users of juan345 regardless of how they access the platform — desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method. juan345 does not operate a native mobile application; all platform access is browser-based.

Use of the juan345 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the existence of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard statutory requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino and gaming operations in the Philippines. juan345 strictly enforces this requirement and will verify age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of juan345 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be subject to any legal disability that would restrict your ability to engage in online gaming.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order under juan345's Responsible Gaming policy or any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion register.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on juan345. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

juan345 reserves the right to request documentation verifying eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation, or providing false information, will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

To access real-money games on juan345, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. juan345 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to juan345 support.

KYC verification is required before withdrawal of funds. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS card, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of address. juan345 reserves the right to require additional documentation where necessary for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

All transactions on juan345 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). juan345 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. juan345 does not impose its own deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. juan345 applies standard processing timelines as published in the platform's payment information section. Withdrawal timelines may vary by VIP tier — Gold tier and above may qualify for expedited processing.

All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. juan345 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional due diligence is required for anti-money laundering compliance. Funds cannot be withdrawn where they are subject to active bonus wagering requirements. juan345 does not permit third-party payments — the account holder's verified identity must match the payment method used.

juan345 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each promotion at the time of offer. General bonus terms apply as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as cash.
• juan345 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already accepted by players.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or assigned.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to their own specific terms as published in the promotions section of the platform.

juan345's VIP Loyalty Programme is governed by its own published tier criteria and reward structure. Points earned and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the juan345 platform.

All games on the juan345 platform operate in accordance with individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before wagering. juan345 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game mechanics.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on juan345 use certified RNG software, with Return to Player (RTP) percentages published where required by PAGCOR regulation. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments and are subject to real-time monitoring. In the event of a game malfunction — including technical faults or disconnections — bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the applicable game rules.

juan345 reserves the right to void bets, suspend games, or reverse payouts where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or where a clearly incorrect payout has been made due to a software fault.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan345 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain advantage over the house or other players.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using juan345 for any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (RA 9160 as amended).
• Fraud, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Registration of multiple accounts or use of another person's account.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in juan345's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive conduct toward juan345 staff or other platform users.

All content on the juan345 platform — including but not limited to the juan345 brand name, logo, game content, software, interface design, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of juan345 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any juan345 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Third-party game content displayed on the juan345 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with juan345. Players may not copy, reverse-engineer, or modify any game software or content.

juan345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The platform provides the following tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session reminders: Configure time-based alerts during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-off periods: Apply a temporary account suspension of defined duration.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the juan345 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan345's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of your deposits in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juan345 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. juan345 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability and is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using juan345, you acknowledge that all wagers are made voluntarily and that losses incurred through normal gameplay are not recoverable from the Company.

juan345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• juan345 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• A player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Regulatory obligations require account suspension pending investigation.
• A player has submitted a self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure for breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances — i.e., deposits not subject to active wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, unless withheld pending investigation or as required by law.

You may close your juan345 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. juan345 operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming, anti-money laundering, and data protection legislation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through juan345's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to Philippine jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.

juan345 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the juan345 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The current version of these Terms, bearing the effective date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and remain aware of any updates.
